Sub In is a live game management tool for coaches and team managers across any sport. You may use the App to track substitutions, record player statistics, manage rosters, and review game history. You agree not to misuse the App or use it for any unlawful purpose.
3. User Accounts
You may use Sub In without creating an account — your data stays on your device. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Data and Privacy
Game data entered without an account is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. When you sign in, your data may be synced to the cloud so you can access it across devices. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive to other users. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the App or its underlying technology.

Sub In and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Sub In and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Sub In is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any specific sport or use case.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sub In shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any loss of game data.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes where possible. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
